Since Mugen 1.1a4 was leaked I went and refreshed all the link to my Mugen 1.1 stages, and also released the 1.1 version of Garlic Jr's Lookout! All stages have Zoom from 1.0 to 0.5 Scale.

Also if you are still using my and Benhazard's Android 16 and are switching to Mugen 1.1,don't forget to change his entry in your select.def to change from Mugen 1.0 version, to Mugen 1.1 version (you'll know if it was done right because the sprites will change).

**Mugen 1.0 users**
3.In the list of characters add the following line:
16_CStrife/16_CStrife1_0.def <----- that's the old way.

**Mugen 1.1 users**
3.In the list of characters add the following line:
16_CStrife/16_CStrife.def <-----------this is the new way.

16_CStrife <-----------this works too!

It may be off topic, but why your recent comments on your site are dated January 26, 2012?
Shouldn't they be dated May 2013 or something?

It's mostly the same and backwards compatible with 1.0 stages too I believe if you don't add zooming in.

There are some new things that can be done with stages now though, such as better Scaling, Angling, and Blending using interpolate. Here an animation example:

Usual Stuff,X Scale, Y Scale Angle. If I wanted to have something rotate slowly over and over endlessly, instead of having multiple frames I could have

And that would make it rotate 360 degrees over the span of 300 ticks. Which is very nice. You can do the same with scaling too.

Would cause something Grow Smaller then Large over the course of 200 ticks and repeat.

The BG Doc that comes with Mugen 1.1 includes all the new Stage Configuations and constants, but doesn't include the Interpolate trickery, that should be in the .AIR docs.


Also this is a carry over from Mugen 1.0, but there are StageVars now that characters can use as trigger for Stage detection which is a cool little feature I forgot about. =p
StageVar(*,***)

Returns information about the stage. A limited number of parameters are supported.

Format:
StageVar(param_name) [oper] "string"
Arguments:

param_name

The name of the stage parameter to check. Valid values are:
info.name, info.displayname, info.authorname.

[oper]
=, != (other operators not valid)
"string" (string)
String to compare against. Must be in double quotes.

Return type:
boolean int (1 or 0)
Error conditions:
none
Details:

info.author: Compares the value of the "author" parameter in the [Info] group. (boolean)
info.displayname: Compares the value of the "displayname" parameter in the [Info] group. (boolean)
info.name: Compares the value of the "name" parameter in the [Info] group. (boolean)

Versions:
1.0 and newer

Example:
trigger1 = StageVar(info.author) = "Suika"
Returns true if the stage author is named "Suika".

quase todas as stages funcionarao no meu mugen 1.1, mas a stage Garlic Jr's ficou com falhas ao pula e ao mover o char para os lados.



é uma pena nao poder jogar nesta stage...

Are you using Mugen 1.1 Alpha4? There should be a ReadMe.txt in your Mugen folder with that info.

It sounds and looks remarkably like an Alpha2 bug, where particualr types would disappeat when moving to the side or jumping.

In the case you show it looks liek all the sprites I had inserted as 32bit png are breaking. I wonder if it is an effect of zoom.

I wonder if disabling zoom, or forcing a static zoom like might help.

I can't reproduce this though. :(



By chance, what is your video card, native screen resolution , and mugen.cfg resolution? Have you tried updating your drivers recently?
I'm running an,
Video card: nVidia GeForce GTX 460M
Native Resolution: 1920x1080
Mugen Resolution: 1280x720 (I have also tested 640x480 and 1920x1080).

At the very least if its a Mugen ENgine problem I can post the specs to Elecbyte.

I'm using version 1.1alpha4 yes.
my video card is a hd6670 with native resolution 1336x768
and mugen 640x480 resolution and I am with all drivers updated

the funny thing is that everyone must have downloaded will not speak of this error is that it only happened to me?

just wait to find out ..
